Excellent service, great prices and are very knowledgeable. We use them for service and new units on all our rental homes. They recently came and diagnosed a repair that another ac contractor said would be very expensive and take a week to complete. They found the real problem and fixed it in less than an hour far less.

Replaced motor on my A/C. Gave me a fair price. Didn’t try to push things on me I didn’t need. I’ve had other A/C companies who’ve quoted me at $350 then go work on A/C, come back inside & hand me a bill for $1,400 because they added things I did not agree to. L & R a/c does not do that. They fix what needs to be fixed, explain it in plain English & are kind & respectful. And as I woman, I feel comfortable with the male technicians in my home. They are always kind and respectful. Had one little problem and they immediately came out to fix it without cost or question. I’m definitely pleased with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using L&R air conditioning for over 3-4 years and I refuse to use anyone else but Randy. My A/C broke down once and I waited for a week for L&R because I refused to use anyone else! Him and his guys are great, their customer service is phenomenal, they are honest, and I stand behind this business 1000%.

Our central air conditioning had stopped working. One call and our urgent request for help was answered. Technicians moved our appointment up, arrived promptly went to work, immediately found the problem. They replaced the part checked all the functions and left our central air in perfect running condition. Very polite, informative and professional.

Had an issue with my AC not turning on and Dean came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and answered any questions I had and even explained the noise I was hearing and why the part wasn’t working. I had to wait a day with no AC since Dean would have to get the part to install but he put me on his schedule for the first service in the morning. I would rather wait than go with any other company. Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great company for any AC services.

L&R AC is very professional. Dean let me know when he was in the way. My unit is on the roof and water came in Sunday during the heavy rain. He spotted the problem and fixed it but he also checked the drain line and made sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with this company.
